WINTER SEASON

After School:

Tuesday & Thursday - 3:15-4:30; Be ready to warm up at 3:05pm

Fridays - 3:05-4:15; Be ready to warm up at 2:50pm

Intramural forms must be completed and turned in.

Weight Room Uniform: White Shirt, Black Shorts, Appropriate sneakers

SPRING SEASON

After School:

Strength Training, Speed & Agility, Position Workouts - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:15-11AM
